Welcome to the registration form for the Fourth HROMADA Conference on 9th October at the University of Latvia, Riga!

This form is for the interested public. If you are a HROMADA member or a speaker at the conference, please use different forms (sent out by e-mail or upon request to the conference organisers).

There is no conference fee, and HROMADA will cover the costs for the lunch and the coffee breaks. Any other costs, e.g., related to travelling and accommodation must be borne by the participants.

Registration form for the public
*There is no conference fee. The costs for the coffee breaks and the lunch are covered by HROMADA.
The data submitted in this form will be used for the purpose of administering your participation in the HROMADA conference. The conference organisers Maija Krūmiņa and Inese Šūpule (University of Latvia), and working group leaders Aadne Aasland (OsloMet), Alina Zubkovych (Nordic Ukraine Forum), Anne Pintsch (University of Agder), Karina Shyrokykh (Stockholm University), Maryna Rabinovych (Arctic University of Norway), and Olga Filippova (University of Eastern Finland) will process your data in order to contact you, provide information and order food. The data will be deleted at the latest after the approval of the project's final report expected in April 2027. HROMADA will take pictures during the conference and publish a selection on the HROMADA website.
By attending the conference, you agree that pictures of you may be published by HROMADA. However, you may send an e-mail to Anne Pintsch (anne.pintsch@uia.no) and request that your picture be deleted.
